Previous incidents

When the HUB is deployed the websockets reconnect to a new instance. This caused the webapp to be relatively busy which can cause it to miss some health checks. There's no functional impact though.

Our cloud platform migrated partitions of a database that we were using. Normally there's no impact with these kind of migrations as they happen all the time. However, something went wrong on their end which caused for impact on our end. After being in close contact with our cloud platform service desk we managed to resolve the impact.

There were a couple of health checks missed. No functional impact though.

The issue was caused by a power outage at Microsoft’s data center in France Central. While the automatic failover to other Microsoft data centers initially led to a temporary overload, the situation was promptly identified and resolved. Some charge points may have taken a short time to fully reconnect.
